The Day After
I didn't attend any memorial services yesterday.
Like many I decided to mark the day in my own way by living my life. I avoided
the media bombardment for the most part, but it meant turning off the TV,
radio, and skipping the morning paper. As the anniversary approached I became
interested in not how people would spend 9/11 but on how things would be
on 9/12. We'll have to see. The day has just started and already the sabres are rattling. I guess I didn't expect big things to be happening but we'll see.
