It's all about the connections

O'Reilly Connection is a new social job networking site. I was automatically signed up because I'm an O'Reilly Net member. It has a similar set of functionality to LinkedIn without the massive database. Give it time. The database will grow. It's free right now. I've posted a few jobs.

Interesting Innovation: tags to describe job skills. No surprise that I'm a big fan of this feature.

Interesting feature: You can export your network of connections in FOAF. (Of course what would you do with it once it's out? Where's the linkage between social network sites?)

Critical Missing Feature: There is no way to import my address book to look for connections in their database.
